Study: People Are More Health-Conscious on Mondays

A new report found that Americans are more likely to schedule doctor’s appointments, quit smoking or start a diet and exercise program on Mondays than any other day of the week. Health advocates believe that we look at Mondays like we would Jan. 1 — a fresh start — the Atlantic wrote.
