Study: Even a Little Alcohol Is Bad for Your Heart

A new study debunks the belief that liquor is good for your heart. Looking at 50 past studies, researchers found that drinkers both moderate and light who cut back on alcohol improved their heart health over time. They also found that those with a certain gene linked to lower levels of drinking had better heart health too, says Health Day
