Denzel Washington cozies up to his wife Pauletta for the cover of Ebony magazine's August issue. The pair, which just celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on June 25, is helping to promote and cherish Black love. In the interview, Pauletta dishes on how they've been able to sustain such a long-lasting relationship while maintaining a Hollywood career.
"I live with this man. I see the down part. I see the sad part. I see every part," she says. "He has and knows he has that stability in me as his wife. That gives him strength, regardless of if he misuses it. I can't dwell on that. But I do know that gives him a great platform to go and fly."
What a smart woman and what a lucky man he is to have that unwavering support through thick and thin.
