Four months post-baby, the reality TV star’s signature curves are back.

After several months outside the spotlight, Kim Kardashian (and her famous figure) is back. And in recent weeks, we’ve seen the new mom, who gave birth to daughter North West in June, flaunting her healthy, post-baby bod in skin-baring dresses and curve-hugging bottoms.
So, what’s her secret? “I've actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it,” the reality TV star tweeted recently.
The Atkins plan eliminates most carbohydrates (think: white bread, pasta and refined sugars) in favor of protein-rich foods. Over the years, the diet has become the go-to plan for many Hollywood A-listers due to its claims of rapid weight loss (up to 15 pounds during the first two weeks, according to the Atkins website).
Aside from cutting carbs, Kim K. has also been hitting the gym. Just last week, she was spotted taking in a Barry’s Bootcamp class in Sherman Oaks, California, with boyfriend Kanye West.
We’re not sure if we can join Kim in saying "no" to the bread basket, but we gotta say: her new lifestyle is definitely paying off.
