Ask Wendy Williams how she’s doing and the answer is pretty clear: ab-solutely fabulous!
The talk show host shared a shot of her slimmed-down frame on her Facebook page Jan. 5, days after a relaxing holiday vacation by the beach. With a lush tropical backdrop behind her, Wendy perfected her signature S-curve pose (she's known to pop out her hip to enhance her silhouette — a must-try for photos!) in a flattering black bikini top and printed bottoms, letting her blonde bob drape over her sun-bronzed face.
The TV star often speaks candidly about her lifelong weight struggles on her top-rated show, which returns with new episodes this week, and we’re thrilled to see her feeling so comfortable in her own skin. While she’s admitted to having some plastic surgery done in the past, today she’s sticking to more practical methods to get it right and tight.
"Get on the treadmill for at least 20 minutes, twice a week," she told Celebuzz. "I'm not a stickler. I'm not going to say three times a week, but get on that treadmill and race it!" The star, who has posed in the buff for PETA, also mixes in 15 minutes of weight training and finishes with 20 minutes of Pilates to build long, lean muscles.
As for her diet, she revealed on her online after show that portion control helped her lose more than 20 pounds last spring, as well as swapping out her favorite indulgences for healthier versions, such as kale chips instead of fried potato chips.
All her hard work is clearly paying off.
