Kim Kardashian Shares Details of Her Difficult Pregnancy

The reality TV star also reveals new snapshot of North West.

Kim Kardashian may have been glowing throughout her pregnancy, but the reality star says carrying her daughter, North West, was no walk in the park.
"I wouldn't really wish that upon anyone," she said of the physical aspects of her pregnancy on an episode of the Ellen Degeneres Show airing on Friday. Kim revealed she suffered from preeclampsia, a high blood pressure-related condition some women develop during pregnancy, which resulted in her going into early labor last June. Preeclampsia can cause swelling, weight gain and severe headaches, among other symptoms. “It's all worth it in the end, so I would definitely suffer through that. But pregnancy was not a good experience for me at all," she said.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashian star said she “always wanted about six” children, and hinted that baby no. 2 with fiancé Kanye West could be in their future. “After having her, I would have a million,” she gushed.

Kim also shared a new snapshot of her cherub-cheeked cutie snuggling with her papa, giving fans a rare peek at Yeezy’s softer side. While she calls the rapper “the most amazing dad,” she admitted that he’s still getting the hang of diaper duty.

"He's not a diaper kind of guy, and that's OK," she joked. "I know it sounds crazy, but I love my time with her when she's on the changing table. She tries to talk so much, and I really enjoy that bonding time when I'm with her."
