How Much Are Dreams Really Worth?
Nicki Minaj wouldn't tongue down just anybody on stage.
Last week, she posted a pic of her manicured left hand adorned with two more stunning canary yellow diamond rings with the somewhat cryptic caption," I get gifts when I'm good, better gifts when I'm bad 💘#DiamondsAreAGirlsBestFriend." The note alludes to lyrics she croons in a duet with her bae Meek Mill, but he's already denied that marriage is on the table.
Does this mean he's changed his mind?
According to Page Six, it's confirmed that the jewelry did come from Meek. The latest addition to her collection, a six carat piece featuring two heart-shaped stones with a white diamond pave setting set in 18 karat white gold. It came at a whopping $75,000.
Their source, however, reports that it's still not an engagement ring. Instead, it's a present to celebrate the success of his chart-topping album.
"It's definitely real, he told The Fader, earlier this year, around the time Nicki started sporting a 15 carat diamond on her ring finger. "But it ain't really time to get married yet. We’re still learning each other, feeling each other out."
Well, maybe we should all just forget about feeling ourselves.
