TV exec reveals svelte new figure at #TGIT Shondaland party.

Trust Shonda Rhimes to be brutally straightforward about how she dropped over one hundred pounds. The TV boss reveals that the road to skinny is paved with hard work and small portions.

The 45-year-old mogul recently debuted her new figure at a special #TGIT Shondaland party, showing off her 117-pound weight loss.

Instead of waxing poetic about loving exercise and eating organic, Shonda kept it all the way 100 about how she dropped the extra pounds. "I hated it the whole time," she told Extra​. "It's upsetting. I'm like, 'Where's my cake?'" 

If you're looking for a secret pill, workout, or miracle food, Shonda is sorry to disappoint you. "I actually eat everything I want to eat," she said. "I tried to make it much less and smaller portions, but what happened is is that you change what your palate wants. I'm suddenly craving fish and salad.

"I just decided I was going to get it together and get healthy," she added. "I have some little kids, and I want to be around them."

Get it, Shonda!
