Obama Family - Whether as status symbol, "it" accessory or loyal friend, celebrities love their pets. President Obama welcomed a new puppy on Monday: a 1-year-old female, Portuguese Water Dog named Sunny. Sunny will join the first family's other dog Bo, that was given to them in 2009 after President Obama promised his daughters a dog during the 2008 campaign. "Sunny is the perfect little sister for Bo – full of energy and very affectionate – and the First Family picked her name because it fit her cheerful personality," reads the White House website.
