The busy mom and actress says she snacks on dried seaweed in-between meals. “I know it sounds like a weird food and I was definitely hesitant to try it at first, but man was I wrong! It’s healthy, delicious and low in calories,” she says on her personal blog. An algae found in the ocean, seaweed is rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber and has been credited for aiding in digestion and detoxifying the body.
