“For lunch, if I'm out and running around, it's a grilled-chicken salad with avocado. That's my normal,” Ebanks tells Grub Street New York. It’s a great choice for this model on-the-go, as avocados are hailed for their anti-inflammatory properties. They are also an excellent source of fiber, healthy fats and potassium.
