Raw Honey and Cinnamon Baked Oats With Cranberries and Sunflower Seeds

Oats are rich in essential dietary fiber and a great support for heart health, while sunflower seeds, rich in vitamin E, play an important role in the prevention of cardiovascular disease.

How to Prepare:
In a bowl, blend 2 cups of rolled oats, 2 tbsp. of honey, ½ cup of cranberries and ½ cup of sunflower seeds. Next, spread a small amount of olive oil onto a foil-lined cookie sheet to prevent stickiness and add oats mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When cooled, store in a Ziploc container and get your munch on.
