Classic Chili and Nachos - Can’t you just picture yourself digging into a bowl of this saucy and flavorful chili? Be liberal with the hot sauce for an even bigger kick.  Ingredients:  1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 pound of ground turkey 1 cup of chopped onion 1 cup of chopped green bell pepper 1 28-ounce can of tomatoes 1 8-ounce can of tomato sauce 1 package of McCormick Chili Seasoning Dash of Hot Pepper Sauce (optional)  For serving: Tortilla Chips Shredded Cheese Sour Cream  Directions:  Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pan on medium heat. Add the chopped onions and green peppers to the pan. Sauté until they soften. Next, add the meat and brown it lightly. Stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, chili seasoning and hot pepper, if desired. Bring the pan to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Serve with honey mustard or tartar sauce. Add the bread crumbs, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, dill weed, Old Bay seasoning and garlic powder. Mix well and form 25 balls. Serve these spicy, juicy bites with prepared blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks.  Ingredients:  3 pounds of chicken wings (separated at joints, tips removed, rinsed and cleaned) Low-sodium seasoning 3 tablespoons of Texas Pete’s Hot Sauce 2 tablespoons of butter  Directions:  Wash and pat dry wings with a dampened towel. Season wings with the low sodium seasoning salt. Deep fat fry at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until crispy. For oven baked, place wings on single layer sheet pan at 275 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.  Once done, toss the wings in a bowl with hot sauce and butter. Serve with celery sticks. Ingredients:  1 medium cantaloupe (cut into 1-inch cubes) 1 box of strawberries (washed, with the tops cut off) 1 box of seedless grapes 1 pineapple (shaved, cleaned and cut into 1-inch cubes) 1 box of cocktail toothpicks 2 cups of low-fat yogurt of your choice  Directions:  Thread the cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes, and pineapples onto the cocktail toothpicks. Ingredients:  1 box tri-color pasta 1 medium chopped tomato 1/2 cup of Italian dressing 1/2 cup of mayonnaise Salt and pepper, to taste Fresh chopped parsley  Directions:  In a medium to large-sized pan, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 7-10 minutes or until all done. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Pour pasta into large bowl and add tomatoes.
