1 medium cantaloupe (cut into 1-inch cubes)
1 box of strawberries (washed, with the tops cut off)
1 box of seedless grapes
1 pineapple (shaved, cleaned and cut into 1-inch cubes)
1 box of cocktail toothpicks
2 cups of low-fat yogurt of your choice
Thread the cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes, and pineapples onto the cocktail toothpicks. Put the yogurt into small, individual bowls. To serve, dip the kabobs into the yogurt.
