These meatballs are perfect for party guests looking to avoid red meat. But these tender, juicy morsels don’t skimp on flavor. Serve with prepared barbeque or sweet and sour sauce for added zing.
1 pound of ground turkey
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1 garlic clove, finely diced
1/4 cup of onion, finely diced
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a sheet pan with oil and set it aside. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together thoroughly with clean hands. Roll into about 20-25 meatballs and place on pan. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly and not pink in the middle.
