Representatives from DJ AM’s estate have come to an agreement with several companies, according to TMZ.com. The lawsuit that was filed stems from the highly-publicized plane crash that involved DJ AM just several months before his death.
DJ AM (born Adam Goldstein) was involved in a devastating plane crash back in September of 2008 along with Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. AM’s estate is asserting the pain caused from the crash ignited Goldstein to relapse on an assortment of narcotics that ultimately caused his death in August of 2009.
Sources close to the case revealed that the all parties agreed to the settlement. The amount, however, remains confidential. Defendants within the settlement include Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Learjet.
