With Ludacris handpicking a crop of femcees for his new opus, “Battle of the Sexes,” it was no question that he'd tap Nicki Minaj to appear on "My Chick Bad." 

The Deal" recently chopped it up with Luda and asked what made him reach out to Ms. Minaj.

“My chick bad is just one of those records, you know, where every female wants to be that bad chick,” Luda explained of the record. “As far as everything from the personality down to the attitude to the clothes that she’s wearing and the swag all these different things.”

Ludacris' "Battle of the Sexes" hits stores today (March 9) and Luda is set to appear on "The Deal" on Thursday (March 11) at 3 a.m.
