Lil Wayne Sued By Former Manager

Lil Wayne just can't catch a break. Melissa Philipian, the rapper's former manager, is suing Wayne for fraud and breach of contract.

Philipian says Wayne terminated her back in 2005 after she booked him a hotel room below his standards. She first filed a lawsuit against him in 2006, charging that Weezy owed her money for shows she booked before getting fired. Though Wayne denied the accusations and said he signed a contract, the case was settled out of court for $375,000.

Philipian has now come forward with what she believes is new evidence that Wayne lied under oath during the 2006 court hearings. She has reportedly obtained a video in which Wayne refers to her as his manager and credits her good work. Philipian is now suing Wayne for fraud, breach of contract, civil conspiracy and tortuous interference. Birdman and Slim Williams were also named in the suit.
