Christina Milian and The-Dream resolve differences out of court for the good of their daughter.
Christina Milian and The-Dream have finally found closure.
Just last week, reports surfaced that the former couple was on the verge of reaching a settlement in their divorce. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Milian is expected to receive a one-time payment of $4 million and will receive $5,000 per month in child support for their daughter, Violet. In exchange, Milian must vow to never speak about Dream and their relationship.
"Ms. Milian strongly believes that peaceful resolution is better for their child and that she is very pleased with the settlement and that it was accomplished out of court," Randy Kessler, Milian's attorney, told the Times.
The pair married in September of '09, but The-Dream reportedly filed for divorce back in February, only nine days before Milian gave birth to their first and only child together.
