Keri Hilson may have collaborated with her share of rappers—including Lil Wayne and Kanye West—but she says she won't date them.

Speaking with Chelsea Handler during an episode of her highly popular late night talk show, "Chelsea Lately," Hilson explained why she's not interested in becoming a hip-hop wifey.

"When you mix a man who has popularity, who has money, who has b****es—I mean, that's a scary thing for me," Keri told Chelsea. "It doesn't speak to my insecurity, but that's just not the type of man that I want and I think I'm not the type of girl they want.  I have a brain. I'm a little more than they bargained for."

In fact, Keri's not partial to famous men. Anyone has a chance, as long as they complement her well.

"[I want] someone who has an appreciation for what I do, but can also give me a bird’s eye view on my life," she explained. "I’ll do the same for him."

In closing, Keri joked that she's looking for a man "Who can keep my feet on the ground, and also put them up in the air."
