The-Dream and Christina Milian's divorce may have long been settled if not for Justin Bieber.

Late last year, reports surfaced that Dream (born Terius Nash) and Milian reached a divorce settlement. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Milian received a one-time $4 million payment and $5,000 per month in child support. Per TMZ, Dream also agreed to give Milian 10% of his publishing for co-writing Bieber's smash hit, "Baby," featuring Ludacris.

Not too shabby, but not enough for Milian. According to court documents,  the former Mrs. Nash is asking for more money, including a bigger share of the "Baby" royalties.

Word is Dream is so infuriated with the renegotiations, he's now trying to withhold any payments to his ex. Milian, of course, isn't going down without a fight.

Dream and Christina are both credited as writers on the song.  The song sold well over 2 million copies and  peaked at no.3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song's video is the most watch clip in Youtube history.
