The animated rapper considers the lead role in Charge It To The Game.
Nicki Minaj has a way of bringing her character to life, both on the stage and in her videos. Now, she could be taking it a step further. Bossip is reporting that Nicki is considering a lead role in the upcoming film Charge It To The Game.
Nicki, who studied drama at LaGuardia High School, one of the top performing arts schools in the city, would play Erica Payne, the main character in the book that is being adapted to film. The book's author Michele A. Fletcher says that Nicki could bring a new kind of intensity to the character. She is also considering Eve, Keri Hilson, and Evelyn Lozada.
No official word has come out of Nicki's camp, but she has hinted at pursuing an acting career in some of her previous interviews.
