Rapper Turk to Start New Label YNT

The former Hot Boy is already planning life after jail.

Rapper Turk, a former member of The Hot Boys alongside Lil' Wayne, Juvenile and B.G., is planning to launch his own music label once he's released from jail, Allhiphop.com reports. He's currently completing a 10-year sentence for shooting a Memphis S.W.A.T. officer during an apartment raid in 2004. Rumors have been circulating that he might join Lil' Wayne's Young Money Entertainment, but even though the two are still cool, Turk's reps deny there's any truth to that at the moment.

"Turk will be released very soon and he has his own label, YNT," they stated. "He does look forward to a Hot Boy reunion, but there's no truth in rumors of him signing at this time."
