CB's performance sets a new record for the show.
Looks like Chris Brown is keeping people tuned in. The superstar has just broke the ratings record for ABC's Dancing With the Stars.
Last week, Brown stormed out of Good Morning America after an interview with Robin Roberts wasn't up to his liking. In the aftermath of the media coverage, critics spoke out against ABC's decision to allow Brown to go on with his performance on the show. The pre-recorded performance, however, got the audience out of their seats, as the controversial singer delivered a high-energy, emotional performance.
But CB silenced his critics by enticing 19 million viewers to tune into DWTS. The number was 31% higher than it was on the same week for last year's season. Even in the midst of some negative publicity, Chris is still high on audience's radars.
