Two men have been charged with slaying the 106 & Park DJ.
The NYPD has arrested two suspects in the murder of DJ Megatron, whose real name is Corey McGriff. NY1 reports that William Williams, 21, and Richard Cromwell, 20, were charged today with second-degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon, robbery and stolen property.
DJ Megatron, 32, who held down the booth on BET’s 106 & Park, was shot and killed near his Staten Island, New York, home on March 27, 2011. Funeral services were held yesterday.
