Pharrell joins forces with Gloria Estefan for new project.
Super-producer Pharrell has added yet another star to his list of collaborators: He is set to co-write and co-produce Gloria Estefan’s as yet untitled 11th album. It’s the Cuban-American singer’s first English-language project since Unwrapped in 2004, and it’s expected to be released later this year.
Pharrell has lent his golden touch to dozens of artists, including Grammy-winning turns for Justin Timberlake’s Justified, and “Money Maker” with Ludacris. He was also nominated for his collabos with Jay-Z (“Excuse Me Miss”) and Snoop Dogg (“Beautiful” and “Drop It Like It’s Hot”).
