Yes, Coolio still has the occasional show but perhaps he forgot that it’s better not to get sloppy drunk. The rapper performed three songs at The Lounge in Minneapolis including the infamous “Gangster’s Paradise.” Although most people in the 90s probably remember the words to that song, he couldn’t quite get it. Lounge owner Bran Bell told TMZ, “Coolio was completely hammered...a train wreck, he was totally vulgar and completely incoherent.”

Coolio’s last several albums, including Steal Hear (2008), gained little to no notoriety or airplay. He released a Greatest Hits album in February of this year and decided to remix all of his old hits like “1-2-3-4,” “It’s All the Way Live,” and “Fantastic Voyage.” That album also bombed.

It’s great Coolio’s still getting paid to perform. Maybe next time he’ll be a little less twisted. And check out the pics on TMZ.com. He’s rocking a nice reverse Mohawk.
