Rapper Prodigy, one half of the New York rap duo Mobb Deep, took to Twiter today (April 15) to announce the title of his first project since being released from jail last month.

The Elsworth Bumpy Johnson EP new Prodigy only on Complex.com,” he told followers on his Twitter account (@ProdigyMobbDeep).

The EP, which is Prodigy’s first solo project since he dropped H.N.I.C. Pt. 2 in 2008, will be dropped exclusively at Complex.com on April 19. The Queens-bred MC will also release his book, My Infamous Life: The Autobiography of Prodigy on the same day.

Prodigy was released from New Jersey's Mid-State Correctional Facility in March after spending three years behind bars on gun possession charges.
