The Associated Press reports that Georgia rapper Gucci Mane intends to plead not guilty to charges filed against him by the DeKalb County prosecutor's office for battery, reckless conduct and disorderly conduct.

Attorneys announced the charges on (Tuesday) after Mane was accused of shoving a woman out of his Hummer while driving in Atlanta in January.

Mane's lawyer Ashutosh Joshi confirmed that his client will plead not guilty  said he looks forward to fighting the charges in court.

Previously, Mane filed a "Special Plea of Mental Incompetency" when his probation was revoked. We wonder what he and his lawyers will come up with this time.
