Beyoncé Releases Official "Move Your Body" Video

The high-energy video is part of Michelle Obama's campaign against childhood obesity.

Beyoncé has teamed up with first lady Michelle Obama and her effort to fight childhood obesity across the country. To help get the word out, Bey recorded a new version of her song "Get Me Bodied," changing the lyrics to "Move Your Body," for the campaign.

The song is a step-by-step flash dance-style workout that combines hip hop, Latin and dancehall moves with traditional exercise. The new video is shot in a school cafeteria where Beyoncé is joined by an army of dancing students taking a lunch break. It's impossible to watch without wanting to, well, move your body. Watch the video at That Grape Juice.

On May 3 the video will be released in middle schools nationwide as part of a “dance-in” organized by Obama's campaign.
