Master P has announced that No Limit Records, the influential label he founded in 1991, will be celebrating its 20th anniversary with a special reunion concert.

In the late '90s, the New Orleans–based company helped bring southern hip hop to national prominence with a host of infectious hit songs and a roster of magnetic talents like Silkk the Shocker, C-Murder and Mystikal. In the early 2000s, Master P's teenage son Lil' Romeo carried the torch with a string of crossover singles, but the No Limit of old hasn't been active for several years, with C-Murder and Mystikal both plagued by lengthy jail sentences.

The anniversary concert will be held at Houston's House of Blues on May 1 and feature Master P, Silkk the Shocker and Romeo as well as special guests. The crew also plans to put on a 20-city anniversary tour. Check the official Website for details.
