Joe Budden Talks About Esther Baxter Fight

The rapper defends himself against accusations that he beat his ex-girlfriend.

Another Joe Budden relationship has found its way to the headlines. This time, it's his most recent romantic fallout with video vixen Esther Baxter, who accused Budden of beating her and sitting on her stomach, causing her to have a miscarriage. Budden, who has spoken about the situation via Twitter, in a song and in a few interviews, visited New York radio station Power 105.1's morning show, The Breakfast Club, to once again address the situation.

In the interview, Joe defended himself, denying the claims that Baxter made against him. He also notes that Esther was a high-risk [pregnancy].

Esther Baxter said in a separate interview, "We got into an argument and he's just basically ended up choking me so I couldn't breathe...sitting on my stomach for a half hour while I was three months pregnant. [I] went to the hospital where I found out that I lost my daughter." But Joe says that Esther is lying. He went on to detail his side of the story, saying that he ignored her until she threw his computer on the floor. Joe says he "hemmed her up," but denies ever hitting her. "Not at all," he said.

When radio personality Charlemagne the God asked how Baxter got all the bruises (pictures of a beaten Baxter were released online), Budden answered, "makeup." The New Jersey-bred rapper was also asked about the photos of the deceased fetus that Bossip.com posted online. Joe replied that the photos were doctored.

Baxter isn't the first woman who has accused Joe Budden of domestic violence. The Breakfast Club also played audio of his ex-girlfriend video model Tahiry making a similar accusation.
