Bruno Mars Responds to Tyler, the Creator Diss

The Grammy-winning singer cooly dismisses the Odd Future leader's lyrical threats.

Atlanta rapper B.o.B has gone on wax twice to respond to a diss from Odd Future rap group member Tyler, the Creator. However, pop singer Bruno Mars, who was also a target of Tyler on the track “Yonkers,” has chosen to keep a cooler head.

On "Yonkers," the first single off Tyler's debut solo album, Goblin, the outspoken rapper calls out Paramore group member Hayley Williams who collaborated with B.o.B on "Airplanes": “What you think of Hayley Williams?/F--- her, Wolf Haley robbin ‘em/I’ll crash that f------ airplane that that f----- n---a B.o.B is in/And stab Bruno Mars in his goddamn esophagus.”

“[Tyler] has to wait in line if he wants to stab me,” Mars told Spin.com in response to the line. "[Tyler’s] definitely not the first guy that’s said something like that to me and he’s not going to be the last.”

As previously reported, B.o.B. released a track called “No Future” in response to Tyler, the Creator’s diss and just last week B.o.B reportedly revived the beef again, alluding to Tyler on a guest appearance on Tech N9ne’s upcoming album, All 6’s and 7’s. According to Complex  the Atlanta rapper gets heated on the third verse, dropping subliminal disses that the magazine likens to Eminem taking down Boston rapper Benzino during their rap beef several years ago.
