50 Cent is almost ready to make his return to the rap game. Since the 2009 release of his last album Before I Self Destruct, the G-Unit founder has kept busy with his various business ventures and his acting career. But the controversial rapper has just announced that he is almost finished recording his next album.

"I been working hard my album its almost done," begins 50's tweet, written in his own grammatical style. "I took my time now every body's gonna hear 2011 GET RICH OR DIE TRYING. The meanest sh*t."

With his next project, which is still untitled, 50 apparently wants to at least match the success of his 2003 debut Get Rich Or Die Trying, which sold over 8 million copies. Since its release, Fif has yet to surpass that number with any of his subsequent releases.
