Are Rihanna and Chris Brown prepared to resume communicating? If Twitter is any indication, the answer is "yes." On Friday (May 13) RiRi started following her ex on Twitter setting off swift reprimands from fans. Responding to one fan's disparaging words, RiRi shot back, "it's fu*king Twitter, not the alter!
