The incarcerated rapper is charged in drug conspiracy.
Lil Boosie is already behind bars, but the Baton Rouge rapper is still finding ways to get into trouble.
Reports surfaced today that Boosie (born Torrence Hatch) is facing new felony charges for attempting to smuggle codeine into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison. The "Wipe Me Down" rapper and two associates attempted to procure the prescription pain killer via a source who turned out to be an undercover agent for Louisiana State Police. Now all three men have been charged with conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution. Boosie has been singled out for the additional charge for attempting to incite a felony.
Boosie is being held while awaiting trial for first-degree murder.
