Bad news for English singer and dancer Cheryl Cole spells good news for former Pussycat Dolls frontwoman Nicole Scherzinger. Producers for the television show "X-Factor" have dropped Cole from the judging panel for fear that her accent is too thick for American viewers to easily understand. So they've decided to replace her with the talented singer.

According to TMZ, producers also felt there was a lack of chemistry between Cole and fellow judge Paula Abdul so they're booting her overseas back to the original UK version of the show.

Scherzinger, who once served as a talent evaluator on the 2007 reality show "Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search For the Next Doll," will begin judging talent for the "X-Factor" which debuts in September.
