Leading up to the release of a debut album should be an exciting and happy time for most artists. But for Cali Swag District, now a three-man group, it's only been a month since the devastating news of losing their friend and fellow member, M-Bone. Still, the group that had everyone doing the Dougie is getting ready for the July 12 release of The Kickback.

Members Smoove and JayAre spoke about the album's next single, “Burn Out (Drive Fast)," in a statement. "This is one of my favorite songs on the album. I hope the fans have as much fun rockin' out to it as we did making it." JayAre added, "This is the type of song that I blast in my car to get amped up for the clubs."

The Kickback drops July 12 on Sphinx Music Entertainment/319 Music Group.
