Brisco Surrenders to Miami-Dade Police

The Cash Money-affiliated rapper is charged with assault.

Florida Rapper and Cash Money affiliate Brisco has turned himself in to authorities after police began a search for him last week in response to a reported assault.
The 29-year-old rapper, who has appeared on songs with Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled, Rick Ross and others, has been charged with aggravated assault after allegedly beating up 18-year-old Giovanni Nagy in front of his mother outside a North Miami condominium.

Police say Brisco, born British Alexander Mitchell, left behind a matching shoe and cap in a rush to flee the scene.
Additional evidence of the crime was captured on cell phones. Brisco reportedly sent Nagy a text message saying he was coming to beat him up, and Nagy's mother snapped pictures of the assault with her cell phone camera.
The precise nature of Nagy and Brisco's relationship is unclear, although police say the 18-year-old used to work for the rapper. Brisco is currently being held in Miami-Dade County Jail awaiting bail.
