A Brooklyn judge dismissed a year-old mooning case against New York hip hop mainstay Foxy Brown this morning, netting the 31-year-old a victory in a longstanding feud with her neighbor.

Brown had been charged with violating a protection order in July of last year when she lifted up her skirt and flashed her rear end at the neighbor, yelling, "Kiss my ass!"

Judge John Walsh dismissed the case after Brown's nemesis, Arlene Raymond, refused to testify. Reportedly she wanted to put the incident behind her.

The beef began in 2007, when Brown assaulted Raymond with her BlackBerry and was ordered to keep her distance. Outside the courtroom, Foxy addressed her neighborhood foe as little more than a hostile fan.

"It's a scary thing when someone want to be you and have your life," she said.
