Earlier today, MTV revealed some of the presenters at the 2011 Video Music Awards. Chart-topping Miami MC Rick Ross is at the top of the list. But in a surprise move, the network also named Odd Future, the teenage skate collective turned Internet sensation, as presenters, a move that's sure to be a huge boost to the up-and-coming rap crew. Ross and Odd Future will join a star-studded list of presenters that also includes Jonah Hill, Selena Gomez, Seth Rogen and Kim Kardashian.
In addition, MTV announced that crooner Bruno Mars, Atlanta MC B.o.B and Paramore's Hayley Williams will take the stage together to rock a medley of their hits at the show. The VMAs' megawatt roster of performers already includes Adele and BET.com favorites Lil Wayne and Chris Brown.
The MTV Video Music Awards will air live on Sunday, August 28, from L.A.'s Nokia Theatre.
