Did Kreayshawn just get dumped by Anthony Kiedis? The quirky artist is blowing up as a result of her song "Gucci Gucci" and the inventive video that goes with it, but her chance at directing a clip for world–famous band Red Hot Chili Peppers has gone bust. The film school dropout found out this week that her video for RHCP's single "The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie" won't be aired, and the band went to seasoned video director Marc Klasfeld to re-shoot the clip.
No reason was given for the last–minute switch, though we highly doubt that it was the lack of creativity that got Kreay fired. And hopefully the Chili Peppers' checks cleared, at the very least.
