Another one bites the dust. One of our favorite hip-hop couples, Soulja Boy and Diamond, has called it quits.
In an interview with Vibe, Soulja revealed that he's now single. When asked about Diamond, he responded, "Ahhhh. VIBE's gonna have all the exclusives. Me and Diamond, she's a good person, she's a good friend. But I ain't with nobody. I wish her the best with everything she got goin' on."
The "Pretty Boy Swag" rapper and Diamond, a former member of Crime Mob who once was linked to Lil Scrappy, had been dating for months now. "She's an added plus just for me, period," he revealed back in May. "She supports me. She loves me. Everybody needs love, everybody needs that support in their corner." Soulja went on to say that Diamond helped him deal with the recent death of his brother in a car accident. "With all the stuff that's going on with me as being Soulja Boy and my personal life, and in the world in general, the whole world needs love," he said.
As reported yesterday, Soulja also spoke with Vibe about the debunked rumor that he had bought a $55 million private jet. "Basically, it was just a rumor," he said. "It was just showing you how the media exaggerates on some stories. It was funny to me. They do their thing. Everybody makes mistakes. I didn’t get a private plane. I can if I want to! S---, I’m not though. I got stuff that I’m trying to do first."
