Dr. Dre has donated a few of his Beats by Dre headphones for a community dance competition, organized by L.A. street legend Freeway Rick Ross. The Freeway Enterprise Presents: L.A. Can Dance event will benefit grade school and high school students in the South Los Angeles area.

Since the event's creation, Dr. Dre and rapper Slim Da Mobster have stepped in to support with time and money in the hopes of giving back to their community. This year, Dre has donated a signed pair of his headphones to be given as one of the prizes. Other prizes have been donated by Interscope/Streamline Records, MJZ, Aftermath and FreewayEnterprise.Com.

Freeway Enterprise Presents: L.A. Can Dance will take place August 27 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Chuco's Justice Center in Inglewood.
