Machine Gun Kelly Arrested During Flash Mob Event

The Bad Boy rapper was cuffed after fans gathered in Cleveland mall.

Bad Boy's newest inductee, Machine Gun Kelly, was arrested Saturday and charged with disorderly conduct after organizing a flash mob at a Cleveland, Ohio mall.

The plans began Friday when Kelly tweeted, "I’m thinking about doing a flash mob at a mall or something tomorrow lol cleveland should we do one while I'm home?"

The next day he let fans know that "Today we flash mob NO MATTER WHAT! 5pm at SouthPark mall in the foodcourt, wear disguises, dont move to you hear 'Cleveland' play then RAGE!"

The Associated Press reports that fans showed up at South Park Mall, but when Kelly and two others ignored mall management's orders to step down from a table, police were called in, they were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

He then returned to Twitter at the end of the day to give his thoughts on the incident.

"All yall industry cats, yall wanna see a REAL movement? Holler at my fans. Today was a statement. EST till the death, lace up. Cult s--t."

On August 3, Sean "Diddy" Combs announced on RapFix Live that he'd signed Kelly onto his Bad Boy Records label noting that the rapper has a movement and thousands of fans who can relate to the obstacles he faced while growing up.
