DMX has seen his share of legal troubles but it doesn’t mean he deserves to get harassed, even if he was speeding, he thinks.

Talking to TMZ, the 40-year-old Yonkers native says, "I was going 85 miles per hour...I know for a fact I didn't go more than 90." The cops, however, are saying DMX was doing 102 in a 65 miles per hour zone.

Although he admits to speeding, X says, "I plan on suing for harassment. I'm in discussions with multiple lawyers who are not afraid to go against the system in helping me clear my name because I have been harassed."
