Tiny Says Authorities Have a 'Personal Vendetta' Against T.I.

The rapper’s wife is still seething over recent events with prison officials.

The hip hop community was thrown for a loop last week when T.I. was released from jail after a 10-month bid only to be yanked back behind bars less than 48 hours later by authorities. Speaking out for the second time about the Atlanta rapper's unexpected return to jail is his wife, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, of Tiny & Toya fame.
"There are way more dangerous and carefree [celebrities] that get slapped on the wrist and sent on their way," Tiny told TMZ. The former Xscape singer and mother to T.I.'s two sons says her husband is being made an example of because he's a famous rapper.
"It's important that the world know how unfair he's being treated on such minor charges ... all because he's T.I.," she said.
According to reports, authorities re-booked the southern superstar because he was conducting business pertaining to a VH1 reality show while on the road to a prescribed halfway house — a violation of the terms of his release.
Now, Tiny says that she and her family are left suffering due to these hardball tactics, which she claims stem from a "personal vendetta."
"Our family needs [him] ... and because of someone's personal vendetta against him, we have to watch our kids' sad faces everyday when he still doesn't show up at home," she said.
T.I. was sentenced to 11 months in an Arkansas prison last year due to a probation violation and drug arrest.
