The Outkast member may not do time for Florida bust.
Back in August, BET.com reported that Big Boi was arrested while exiting a cruise ship in Miami for drug possession, including ecstasy and Viagra.
Today the Grammy Award-winning rapper appeared in a Florida court to settle his charges. According to Reuters, the Miami prosecutor's office says the 36-year-old will have to complete monthly court drug tests for three months. He also has to donate $2,000 to charitable organizations and complete 30 hours of community service.
If he keeps it clean for three months, the charges will be dropped. His attorney says he was given this option because he’s never been busted before and has no record.
