Rihanna is bringing out the big guns for her sixth release Talk That Talk and that means Jay-Z. The Roc Nation head is the only feature on the Bajan princess' upcoming album.
“This is the first time we do a song with Jay-Z and Rihanna together," shared Tor Erik Hermansen, one half of the Stargate production duo, with Norway's 730.no. "Actually it’s the first time Jay does anything on our beats, it was about time.”
Hermansen even gave a bit of insight into the title track's sound.
“ 'Talk That Talk' is a mid-tempo banger with hard drums, dirty synths, and Rihanna and Jay at their best," he said. "We are very happy with the song and Jay’s verse is crazy — same with Rihanna’s part.”
This will be a new addition to the pair's successful catalogue of duets including Rihanna's initial breakout hit "Umbrella" and Jay's "Run This Town," which also featured Kanye West.
Talk That Talk is slated to hit shelves on November 21.
