More details about Dr. Dre's long-delayed album emerge.
Could it be? Is hip hop's winged unicorn, Dr. Dre's Detox, really going to come out? It's still unclear, but there are new details, at least: According to Game, he's featured repeatedly on the highly anticipated album.
In an interview with KISS 107.5's Jay Thomas, Game said that if Detox ever drops, he'll be featured on at least two songs. “If there is a Detox, then Game is on it more than once. But if it never comes out, then nobody’s on it,” he said.
Game didn't reveal anything else about the album, playing coy. “Detox, man, I don’t know about Detox, man," he said. "I’ve been thinking about detoxing lately, because I’ve been back on my workout grind and I’ve been thinking about detoxing. That’s the only thing I can tell you about Detox.”
Snoop Dogg and Kendrick Lamar recently stated that Detox, Dr. Dre's third solo album, was in the mix-down stage, but an actual release date still has yet to be announced.
